'Chambers' Canceled at Netflix

It’s one and done for Netflix‘s Chambers. The supernatural drama starring Uma Thurman and Tony Goldwyn has been canceled after one season at the streaming giant. The 10-episode series debuted April 26.  “Chambers will not return for a second season. We’re grateful to creator and showrunner Leah Rachel for bringing this story to us and to her fellow executive producers Alfonso Gomez Rejon, Steve Gaghan from Super Emotional, Winnie Kemp and Wolfgang Hammer from Super Deluxe, and Jennifer Yale.

Chicago Fires Treat Williams dies in tragic motorcycle accident aged 71

The Ritz actor was much loved by many Treat Williams, star of Chicago Fire and Hair, has tragically passed away at the age of 71 following a motorcycle accident. The devastating news was confirmed by his agent of 15 years, Barry McPherson on Monday evening. According to Barry, the accident occurred when a car abruptly cut off Williams as he was making a turn. "He was killed this afternoon. He was making a left or a right [and] a car cut him off,"

'Tennessee Tuxedo' Cartoons Star Was 93

Bradley Bolke, who provided the voice of Chumley the walrus opposite Don Adams on the Tennessee Tuxedo cartoons of the 1960s, has died. He was 93. Bolke died Tuesday in Dobbs Ferry, New York, Rick Goldschmidt, the official historian and biographer for Rankin/Bass Productions, told The Hollywood Reporter. Bolke played the dimwitted Chumley, the South Pole sidekick to Adams’ wise-cracking penguin, on Tennessee Tuxedo and His Tales, which aired on CBS from 1963-66 and then for years afterward in reruns.
